Job Summary:
Spire Healthcare is seeking a skilled Chef to join their established team in the Catering Department. This is a Bank position, offering a 0-hour contract with flexible working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality food and service in all areas of hospitality.
- Support the head/senior chef in maintaining kitchen standards and policies.
- Maintain a safe working environment for staff and customers.
- Ensure adherence to HACCP guidelines.
- Lead by example and ensure consistency in food production and presentation.
Requirements:
- Previous Chef/Cookery experience.
- NVQ level 2 or higher preferred.
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
- Relevant certificates or willingness to undertake specialist training.
- Knowledge and experience in similar establishments.
- Professional self-starter able to work independently.
- Highly organized and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours and Benefits:
- Combination of shifts: 06.30 - 14.30, 10.00 - 18.00, 11.00 - 19.00.
