Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Jane Lewis Healthcare Recruitment. As a key member of our facilities staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the office, accommodation service, and properties are maintained in excellent condition, meeting health and safety and housing legislation requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general maintenance and repair services across our service areas, properties, and offices in a timely and high-quality manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure turnaround of void properties and general repairs meet completion target timescales.
  • Ensure properties remain in excellent condition, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Maintain safe working practices, adhering to health and safety regulations, housing legislation, and company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification or equivalent work-level experience, with a willingness to achieve a relevant qualification.
  • Ability to attend and complete company-standard employee training requirements, sometimes outside normal working patterns.
  • Ability to work across our contract area and travel for training and meeting purposes.
  • Access to a car for work purposes and a Full UK driving license.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
