The Role of Retail Lead

As a Retail Lead, you will be the face of NIKE, Inc. Your role involves delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a premium brand experience for our consumers. You will be responsible for coordinating, coaching, and motivating your team while fostering a positive work environment. Additionally, you will assist in managing daily operations to meet sales objectives, including digital services, visual merchandising, and promotional initiatives.
