  • Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain effective relationships with external vendors and partners
    • Build relationships within channels to support and drive channel targets in line with business objectives
    • Collaborate with head office functions to ensure a smooth operation
  • Compliance and Reporting
    • Ensure all compliance requirements are met through the sales and marketing team
    • Provide regular communication and reporting on sales and marketing performance
    • Utilise local and national market insights/knowledge to drive best practices and competitive advantage
  • Brand Identity
    • Through the sales and marketing team, build a consistent brand experience in stores, formulating a process structure and templates to ensure consistent and efficient execution
    • Support and host VIP visits where necessary
  • Leadership
    • Host regular team meetings to set vision and plans to gain maximum impact on business objectives
    • Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales and marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture
    • Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them to achieve their professional goals and develop their skills

Requirements
