Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair pipes and piping systems in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Perform welding and fabrication tasks, including cutting, bending, and assembling pipes and fittings.
  • Work with a variety of materials, including stainless steel, carbon steel, and other metals.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and other technical documents.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements:
  • Time-served experience in pipefitting and welding.
  • Relevant NVQ/C&G qualifications.
  • Current CCNSG or CSCS certification.
  • Experience working in the food and beverage and pharmaceutical industries.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
