We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our luxury brand concession in Harrods. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a unique and personalized shopping experience for our discerning customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Assess and improve team performance, providing coaching and feedback to drive results.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, ensuring seamless operations.
- Manage budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth.
- Drive business development, PR activities, and customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives.
- Lead and manage a team of approximately 2-3 resources, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in store management, with a focus on motivating and developing staff.
