This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established automotive company in Bracknell, assisting with business-as-usual activities and implementing continuous improvement to their P2P process.

About the Role

  • Prepare and deliver P2P project delivery charters and frameworks, identifying roles and responsibilities, milestones, and delivery timelines to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand project dependencies and complexities.
  • Identify and deliver opportunities for operational efficiencies and automation within the P2P operating model.
  • Ensure end-users understand all change and transformation activities related to P2P projects.
  • Provide P2P operational teams with required documentation and training materials for smooth project handover.
  • Act as the first escalation point during hypercare and operational handover to end-users.
  • Develop and maintain P2P process documentation, training, and version control.
  • Deliver SOPs, assessments, and change recommendations in line with operational change initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver reporting related to policies, SOX, governance, and controls.
  • Ensure delivery and handover of SOX controls to the P2P Process Owner, maintaining zero SOX deficiencies.
  • Maintain a high level of risk management and compliance in all projects.

Requirements

  • Excellent operational knowledge of P2P operations and systems.
  • Proven SAP experience.
