We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a team in the refurbishment of a live school in Southampton. The successful candidate will have a strong background in education refurbishment and be able to manage a site team, including sub-contractors, for a 4-5 month build programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a site team, including sub-contractors, to ensure the successful completion of the project
  • Oversee the refurbishment of flat pitched roofing and other associated works
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including SMSTS, CSCS, and first aid

  • Collaborate with the client and other stakeholders to ensure the project meets their requirements

Requirements:

  • SMSTS, CSCS, and first aid certifications
