  • Lead by example, setting and enforcing standards of safety and quality, and taking responsibility for health and safety on site.
  • Ensure employees have the necessary training and expertise to carry out their work safely and professionally.
  • Manage labor resources on site to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain discipline on site, report incidents, and take appropriate action.
  • Manage and train apprentices in accordance with relevant training programs.
  • Use the purchasing system to acquire materials in the most cost-effective manner.
  • Reduce costs and ensure systems are handed over to the client.

Requirements:

  • Mechanical Trade qualification.
  • 5+ years' experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to manage subcontractors and work with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Technical understanding of mechanical systems.
  • Proactive people management skills.
