We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team as a Repairs Planner. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our repair services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to determine their repair requirements
- Create and coordinate work orders for contractors
- Collaborate with subcontractors and external teams to ensure prompt repair completion
- Effectively manage shared inboxes to address customer queries
Requirements:
- Exceptional telephone etiquette and ability to clearly explain technical information
- Proficiency in IT systems and software, including customer databases and spreadsheets
