About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Direct Sales Executive to join our team at DPD Group UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving new business revenue targets and managing the performance of new customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop a personal prospect funnel to fund new business targets
  • Monitor new customer performance and agree action plans for variances
  • Facilitate the handover of new accounts to Account Owners within 8 weeks
  • Support customer calls and take necessary action after marketing campaigns
  • Achieve productivity targets and update internal systems
Measures of Performance
  • New Business Revenue and Service Mix against target
  • Systems compliance
  • Prospect Funnel opportunities and committed reports
  • Daily KPI achievement
About You

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in direct sales or a similar environment, with a tenacious attitude and drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. You will have outstanding communication, persuading, and influencing skills, as well as the ability to focus on customers to understand their needs and gain their commitment.

We also expect you to have high levels of integrity and empathy, be able to manage your time effectively, adapt your style to suit internal and external customers, and deal with objection handling.
