Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Safety Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering, facilities, and construction teams, you will be responsible for ensuring safety is at the forefront of all factory and facility designs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineering, facilities, and construction teams to develop and implement safety protocols.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure installations and CDM activities are carried out safely.
  • Support site installation teams during build/installation/buy off phases to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Review site plans and layout proposals to identify potential health and safety risks.
  • Develop and implement proactive health and safety strategies to improve adherence across all areas of the business.
  • Advise and enforce health and safety measures during installation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in delivering/assisting with H&S in a manufacturing environment.
  • Membership of a recognized professional body.
  • NEBOSH qualification (preferable).

Additional Information

  • Fixed-term contract.
  • Competitive pay rates (dependent on experience).
  • Inside IR35.
