About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Smart Dispense Technician. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for visiting bars to complete technical and quality health checks, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with our key customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed technical and quality health checks at bars and other licensed premises
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to our customers
  • Build effective relationships with our key customers and stakeholders
  • Liaise with our planners and receive full support, training, and guidance
Requirements
  • Customer service experience
  • Full UK driving license
  • Hospitality/Bar/Drinks Dispense experience is useful but not essential (comprehensive training will be provided)
  • Ability to work independently, remotely, and be determined to succeed
