We are seeking an IT Systems Administrator to enhance our operational efficiency at Hotel Café Royal. This role is crucial for delivering exceptional support across our hotel, ensuring that our IT systems function optimally, thus enabling our teams to provide outstanding experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Level 1 IT Support: Deliver prompt technical assistance to staff, both on-site and remotely, ensuring swift resolution of IT challenges.
  • Asset Management: Oversee and maintain the IT inventory, procure new equipment, and manage existing resources to guarantee that all staff have the required technology.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage the technical onboarding and offboarding of employees, ensuring that all necessary IT systems and tools are set up and retired appropriately.
  • IT Reporting: Provide regular updates to the IT Manager and other supervisors regarding IT-related matters, projects, and system enhancements.
  • User Management: Maintain accurate records of user management within IT systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Documentation: Create and update comprehensive IT documentation to support effective system operations and facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • Internal Training: Conduct regular training sessions on IT topics to improve employees' technical skills and awareness of best practices.
  • System Configuration: Assist in the configuration, implementation, and upkeep of IT systems and tools to adapt to the organization's evolving needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in providing 1st Level IT Support: Deliver timely and effective assistance to employees.
  • Experienced in IT Inventory Management: Track and manage IT assets, procuring new equipment as necessary.
  • Knowledgeable in Employee Lifecycle Management: Handle IT processes related to employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Skilled in Reporting: Regularly update the IT Manager and other supervisors on IT issues and progress.
  • Competent in User Management: Create and maintain user accounts and permissions in IT systems.
  • Capable of Documentation Creation: Develop and maintain up-to-date IT documentation.
  • Adept in Internal Training: Facilitate training sessions for staff on IT-related subjects.
  • Experienced in Configuration and Implementation: Support the configuration and implementation of IT systems and tools.
  • Familiarity with Windows servers and computers is essential.
