CNC Production Manager

Colt Precision Ltd is seeking a highly skilled CNC Production Manager to join our team in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for scheduling workload, managing resources, and ensuring targets are met.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Effective management of the CNC machine shop and finishing department, including resource allocation and equipment maintenance.
  • Training and mentoring junior team members, including apprentices, to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Quality focus, identifying root causes of failures and implementing corrective actions to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Hands-on approach to project-based tasks, contributing to process optimisation and operator training.
  • Ensuring all documentation is up-to-date to meet Quality Accreditations and customer expectations.
  • Completing risk assessments and promoting best practice Health & Safety within the department and company.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employees Handbook.
  • Excellent understanding of CNC Machine 3 axis / 5 axis and management/supervisory experience.
  • Desirable experience working with medical instrumentation.
