Senior Electrical Technician

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Technician to join our Electronics Department, responsible for producing high-quality electrical and electronic components, looms, and assemblies within tight deadlines and to required specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and manufacture electrical and electronic components, including wiring assemblies, using Autosport or Aerospace connectors, MIL spec wiring, heat shrink moulded parts, and PCB assembly.
- Provide technical support to the travelling Electrical Technicians while cars are in the factory on car builds and turn-rounds.
- Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to a team of Electrical Technicians, working closely with the Electronics Production Team Leaders to assist with day-to-day task planning.
- Liaise with the Electronics Design and Test & Inspection Groups to provide feedback and build information as required.
Requirements:
- Experience producing wiring assemblies for F1 or high-level Motorsport.
- Comprehensive understanding and knowledge of mechanical and electrical technical drawings and procedures.
- Familiarity with System 25, autosport connectors, fine gauge wiring.
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
