Job Opportunity at PM Group

Job Summary:

PM Group is seeking an experienced EHS Specialist to join their team at a biopharmaceutical site in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing independent safety and environmental advice and support across all departments at site level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day production activities and ensure compliance with UK legislation.
  • Develop and implement EHS metrics to monitor and improve site performance.
  • Provide high-quality technical and ethical support to site operations, promoting an EHS excellence culture.
  • Ensure site systems and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with site teams to identify and mitigate potential EHS risks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in EHS management, with a relevant qualification (NEBOSH, diploma, degree).
  • Strong knowledge of machine safety, COSHH, and REACH regulations.
  • Industry experience within pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical or similar.
  • Membership in a Professional Institute.
  • Excellent technical and operational knowledge, with the ability to respond to changing priorities.

Working Arrangements:

This is an onsite contract position, working inside IR35.
