About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Village Hotels - Wirral. As a key member of our hotel team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of housekeepers to deliver exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, lead, train, and motivate a talented team of housekeepers
  • Drive cleanliness standards across the hotel, ensuring a spotless environment for our guests
  • Deliver a fantastic first and last impression to the guest experience
  • Ensure Health and Safety compliance is followed at all times
  • Support your team at all times, providing guidance and assistance as needed
