Quantity Surveyor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team in the North Chilterns to Aylesbury Area (NC2A). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for tender pricing, risk assessments, and contract drafting/negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tender pricing and risk assessments
  • Contract drafting and negotiations
  • Subcontract account management and payment
  • Dispute management
  • Commercial input to project strategy

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with our Commercial Manager to ensure the successful delivery of projects. You will be responsible for providing commercial input to project strategy and contributing to project performance discussions.

About EKFB:

EKFB is a joint venture between international market-leading companies Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial Construction, and BAM Nuttall.
