In this role, you will play a key part in delivering outstanding IT assistance and overseeing clients' IT infrastructure. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing extensive technical support, resolving intricate IT challenges, and ensuring the seamless functionality of clients' systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing advanced technical assistance for a diverse array of hardware and software challenges, including Microsoft Windows, Apple OS, Office 365, and Active Directory.
  • Overseeing and maintaining essential IT infrastructure components such as servers, networks, storage solutions, and virtualization systems.
  • Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, identifying underlying causes, and implementing effective resolutions.
  • Mentoring and supporting junior team members, sharing expertise, and fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of IT systems and processes, identifying opportunities for enhancement, and executing solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Office 365, and Active Directory.
  • Experience in managing and supporting server, network, and virtualization infrastructure.
  • Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting abilities with a focus on delivering prompt solutions.
  • Strong customer service skills and the capability to build relationships with clients.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Cloud certifications (Azure, Microsoft 365)
  • Scripting skills (PowerShell)
  • ITIL certifications

This position is ideal for individuals with a few years of experience in the Microsoft technology stack within a managed service provider environment, who are seeking growth and additional training opportunities.
