Electrical Delivery Engineer Role Summary:

Electricity North West is seeking a skilled Electrical Delivery Engineer to join our team in Kendal. As an Electrical Delivery Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the construction, repair, and maintenance of 11kV, 33kV, and 132kV Plant and Circuits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver construction projects at 11kV, 33kV, and 132kV, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of construction framework contractors, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Act as Principal Contractor, overseeing project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Revise project schedules as needed to ensure program objectives are met efficiently.
  • Manage and mitigate CI and CML risk on the 33kV and 132V network.
Requirements:
  • HNC-level qualification in Electrical Engineering.
  • Desirable: degree-level qualification in electrical engineering.
  • SAP authorization at 11kV, 33kV, and 132kV.
  • Understanding of protection systems at 11kV and above.
  • Strong project management skills, with expertise in resource management.
  • Ability to interpret and deliver project plans.
