Project Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of our Power Transmission Framework project for SSE.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the commercial aspects of projects within the power sector, ensuring cost control and adherence to budgets.
- Collaborate with project teams to provide accurate cost forecasts, financial reports, and procurement strategies.
- Conduct thorough cost analysis, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiencies.
- Administer contracts and manage subcontractor relationships effectively.
- Provide expert advice on contractual matters, resolving disputes and mitigating risks.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction or power industry.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes.
