This position involves contributing to the production of premium seating systems utilized across various sectors globally. Our client, a prominent manufacturer in the seating industry, boasts a significant presence with multiple facilities worldwide, including a key operation that emphasizes a supportive and collaborative work environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The selected candidate will join the Welding Department at our client's UK headquarters. This full-time role is temporary to permanent and focuses on the production of high-quality seating systems for diverse industries worldwide.
The primary function of this role is to weld mild and stainless steel components utilizing jigs.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Producing welded steel components for the company's product line within a high-quality production setting.
2. Executing MIG welding tasks while adhering to established welding protocols.
3. Reading and interpreting technical drawings to meet specifications.
4. Maintaining 5S standards across all work areas.
5. Complying with all company health and safety regulations at all times.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Previous experience in MIG welding
- Capability to pass the company's MIG welding assessment during the interview process
- Ability to thrive in a physically demanding work environment
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
