Job Summary:

Adecco is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to provide administrative support to our HR Consultancy Team. As an HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that managers within the organization receive the support they need in relation to key employment policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR Consultancy Team, including responding to queries and resolving issues in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Send timely reminders to managers regarding absence actions and assist with the establishment of positions in the organization.
  • Attend and support employment meetings and hearings, and manage the HR inbox and respond to questions professionally.
  • Assist with processing employee-related documentation and support the day-to-day operations of the HR function.
  • Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Good understanding of key employment policies and procedures (preferred).
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding principles (preferred).
  • Compliance with relevant codes of practice and policies.
