What You Bring:
- Programme Lifecycle: Experience in managing the entire programme lifecycle to establish and execute major transformational projects/programmes and PMOs.
- Maturity Assessment: Conducting assessments and providing assurance for programmes, PMOs, and project controls capabilities.
- Process Mapping: Creating and documenting effective processes and guidelines for programme teams and PMOs, such as PMO Handbooks.
- Strategic Advice: Delivering or assisting in the provision of strategic advisory services, including business transformations, organizational design, portfolio management, and enhancing programme efficiencies.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to tailor messages and engage directly with clients, including facilitating workshops in various formats.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities, capable of collecting, organizing, and interpreting substantial amounts of information with precision.
- Proactive Approach: High personal motivation and drive, thriving in complex and evolving environments while delivering high-quality solutions.
