Job Description

We are seeking a talented Junior Solicitor to join our Property Litigation team in Kendal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, real estate litigation, and contractual claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, real estate litigation, and contractual claims.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Work closely with senior fee earners to assist with complex cases and develop your skills and expertise.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the Property Litigation team, identifying opportunities for business development and process improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in property law and best practices, applying this knowledge to deliver high-quality legal advice to clients.
Requirements
  • 0-4 years of post-qualification experience in property litigation.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Experience of acting on a wide range of property litigation cases, including real property, landlord and tenant disputes, and contractual disputes.
