Job Summary:

The Invictus Group is seeking a highly skilled Resident Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance and repairs to electrical and mechanical plant and building services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks to ensure the smooth operation of building services
  • Perform fault finding and repair work on electrical and mechanical systems
  • Assist other trades as directed by the operations supervisor
  • Conduct regular testing and maintenance of emergency lighting, fire alarm systems, and other critical systems
  • Work with the operations team to identify and implement improvements to maintenance processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in building maintenance
  • City & Guilds level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
  • 18th edition certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Clean full UK driving license
