Store Manager

About the Role:
The Store Manager will be a key member of the SHEIKE team, responsible for leading a passionate and inclusive team to achieve exceptional results. As a brand ambassador, you will drive an exceptional customer experience by building genuine customer connections and providing support to your team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive an exceptional and inclusive customer experience journey, ensuring every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
- Inspire and lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence and empowerment within the team.
- Work closely with the team to identify areas of opportunity and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability.
- Manage and drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) daily, ensuring the store meets and exceeds targets.
- Support the development of team members, providing coaching and guidance to help them grow and succeed.
- Achieve and exceed store sales, profit targets, and budgets, driving business growth and success.
- Support the development of a commercial business strategy, working closely with the leadership team to drive business results.
- Ensure excellent operations and stock management, maintaining a high level of store appearance and presentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ years' experience in fashion retail management, with a proven track record of success.
- Positive attitude and willingness to grow and develop within the company.
- Exceptional customer service and styling skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Driven and results-oriented, with a strong understanding of KPIs and their impact on the business.
- Ability to make decisions based on the best outcome for the business, with a strong sense of commercial acumen.
- Ability to drive a positive culture and one-team environment, fostering a culture of excellence and empowerment.
- Self-motivated and strong communicator, with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
