Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the kitchen team in preparing and cleaning the kitchen areas before, during, and after service.
- Operate pot-washing machinery and maintain a hygienic working environment.
- Assist the chefs and waiters as necessary.
- Check chemical levels and inventory.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies.
