Job Title: Financial Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Financial Administrator at JGA Recruitment, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including Purchase & Sales Ledger databases. You will also reconcile Purchase & Sales Ledger control accounts, supplier statements, and petty cash, as well as provide cover for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Credit Control. Additionally, you will prepare weekly cheque runs, control Company Credit Cards, manage expense reports, and maintain up-to-date financial files and records.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need strong maths skills and a solid understanding of current accounting principles. You should be proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and have a can-do approach, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn. You will also need to be flexible and adaptable, able to work from initiative as well as part of a team, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Finally, you will need to work effectively to deadlines and under pressure, with high levels of integrity and excellent communication and people skills.
