Sourcing and Recruitment Expert

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our UK&I Talent Acquisition team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creatively sourcing candidates for a number of our existing vacancies.
Key Responsibilities- Creatively source candidates for hard-to-fill opportunities using online tools and methods, and leveraging existing candidate pipelines.
- Engage with and screen candidates across multiple vacancies, conducting phone screens to assess suitability.
- Build relationships with current and future candidates to support Stantec's brand in the external talent market.
- Work closely with TA Specialists and hiring managers to manage sourced candidates throughout the recruitment process until offer.
- Develop and manage candidate pipelines, serving as a subject matter expert in assigned disciplines.
- Proven experience in candidate resourcing in an in-house recruitment team or recruitment agency.
- Ability to devise creative sourcing strategies and deliver suitable candidates.
- Comfortable working at pace in a high-volume recruitment function and building relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Experience in devising online sourcing strategies and using LinkedIn Recruiter/Insights.
- Technical construction or engineering experience is highly regarded.
