JUNIOR ENVIRONMENTAL BIOLOGIST TRAINEE POSITION WITH RED KITE RECRUITMENT GROUPPOSITION:
Junior Environmental Biologist - Pest Management Trainee
COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
- Salary: £23,000 - £24,000, with potential increase to £25,000 within the initial 6 months, subject to qualifications
- Training: Comprehensive training initiatives and mentorship from seasoned field biologists
- Vehicle: Provision of a car or van, along with a mobile phone for personal use
- Benefits: Annual profit-sharing bonus approximately £1,500, private health insurance, commission structure (5% on leads, 10% on sales) without overall targets, pension scheme, vacation days plus public holidays

QUALIFICATIONS:
To be considered for the Junior Environmental Biologist - Pest Management Trainee role, you must possess:
- A degree at BSc level or higher in Biological Sciences, Biology, Zoology, Environmental Sciences, Environmental Health, or a related field
- A valid UK driving license for manual vehicles
- Strong observational abilities and a commitment to remaining active
