JUNIOR ENVIRONMENTAL BIOLOGIST TRAINEE POSITION WITH RED KITE RECRUITMENT GROUP

POSITION:

Junior Environmental Biologist - Pest Management Trainee

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:

  • Salary: £23,000 - £24,000, with potential increase to £25,000 within the initial 6 months, subject to qualifications
  • Training: Comprehensive training initiatives and mentorship from seasoned field biologists
  • Vehicle: Provision of a car or van, along with a mobile phone for personal use
  • Benefits: Annual profit-sharing bonus approximately £1,500, private health insurance, commission structure (5% on leads, 10% on sales) without overall targets, pension scheme, vacation days plus public holidays

North East England

EXPERIENCE IN PEST MANAGEMENT:
Relevant industries may include: Pest Control, Pest Management, Biological Sciences, Zoology, Environmental Sciences, Environmental Health, Chemistry.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Junior Environmental Biologist - Pest Management Trainee, you will:
  • Conduct thorough technical inspections and monitor for rodent and insect-related issues
  • Prepare assessments and reports utilizing company software
  • Participate in training programs aimed at career advancement
  • Exhibit strong observational skills and maintain an active presence throughout the workday

QUALIFICATIONS:

To be considered for the Junior Environmental Biologist - Pest Management Trainee role, you must possess:
  • A degree at BSc level or higher in Biological Sciences, Biology, Zoology, Environmental Sciences, Environmental Health, or a related field
  • A valid UK driving license for manual vehicles
  • Strong observational abilities and a commitment to remaining active
