About the Role
Enable Scotland is seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to lead a team of frontline staff in delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, epilepsy, autism, and physical support needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Experience working with adults and children with complex support needs, including learning disabilities, epilepsy, and autism.
- Experience in using person-centered planning techniques and delivering excellent support practices.
- Strong facilitation skills to encourage staff teams to take ownership and responsibility for the quality of support they deliver.
- Effective communication with individuals, staff teams, families, and external care professionals.
- Creating and delivering robust service designs, support strategies, and risk assessments while managing individual budgets.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload while working under pressure.
- SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Full driving license with access to own vehicle for business use.
