About the Role

Enable Scotland is seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to lead a team of frontline staff in delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, epilepsy, autism, and physical support needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Experience working with adults and children with complex support needs, including learning disabilities, epilepsy, and autism.
  • Experience in using person-centered planning techniques and delivering excellent support practices.
  • Strong facilitation skills to encourage staff teams to take ownership and responsibility for the quality of support they deliver.
  • Effective communication with individuals, staff teams, families, and external care professionals.
  • Creating and delivering robust service designs, support strategies, and risk assessments while managing individual budgets.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload while working under pressure.
  • SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Full driving license with access to own vehicle for business use.
