We are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join our team at Executive Network Legal Limited. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage your own caseload, providing advice on contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
  • Work as part of client teams on major projects, utilizing your commercial approach and logical thinking.
  • Contribute to the employment team's business development work and marketing initiatives.
  • Work with minimal supervision, utilizing your well-planned and commercial approach.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' PQE gained in a commercial law firm, advising on a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
  • Ability to work with a range of clients, including company owners, managers, HR professionals, and in-house lawyers.
  • Strong commercial approach and logical thinking.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
