About the Role

As Co-Founder & Chief Marketing Officer, you'll work closely with our CEO to shape our trajectory. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Defining our go-to-market value proposition and strategic roadmap from scratch
  • Driving performance against key top-line and bottom-line KPIs
  • Developing an in-depth understanding of customer segments
  • Establishing partnerships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and healthcare stakeholders
  • Identifying market expansion opportunities
  • Allocating budget across channels to optimize CAC & CLV
  • Growing and leading a high-performance marketing team

Our Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a passionate leader with a strong track record in scaling direct-to-consumer brands, particularly in performance marketing. You'll need to demonstrate leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on attitude. Native or fluent English proficiency is a must.
