Job Description:

Inclusive Consulting is delighted to be partnered with our longstanding and trusted client in their search for a highly organised and detail-oriented Systems Administrator.

About the Role:

This opportunity will see you playing a key part in the transformation of the existing ERP system in time for the implementation of a new, fully integrated ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with multiple departments to ensure the smooth input and amendment of accurate data.
  • Inputting/amending data within the current bespoke system.
  • Transferring data to the new system within the next 18 months.
  • Working with premade excel models.
  • Updating current excel cash journals each month.
  • Data input for intercompany reconciliation sheets.
  • Completion of Office of National Statistics Business insights and conditions surveys online.
  • Ad Hoc: extracting data from the current system for analysis.
  • Monthly stock analysis excel preparation.
  • Assist with gathering data for year-end audit.

Requirements:

  • Strong data entry skills.
  • Good Excel skills.
  • Full time: Permanent role.
  • ~ 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays.
  • ~ Free onsite Parking.
