Job Title: Eastern Europe Sales and Product Development Professional

Job Summary:

C&M Travel Recruitment is seeking an experienced Eastern Europe Sales and Product Development Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with travel industry partners and suppliers in Eastern Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with travel industry partners and suppliers in Eastern Europe
  • Craft and coordinate tailormade itineraries for individual travellers and small groups
  • Manage administration of trips, including visas, documents, and other logistical arrangements
  • Nurture and develop relationships with on-the-ground suppliers at destinations, growing our product portfolio within the region

Requirements:

  • Travel industry tailormade sales experience - essential
  • Either direct Eastern Europe travel consultancy experience or personal travel experience in some of these areas

Additional Information:

  • Salary up to 30K plus commission typically 7-10K
  • Office-Based or Hybrid
  • Working hours are Mon - Fri, 9am - 5.30pm
  • At least one familiarisation trip per year
