About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Shift Supervisor to join our Depot Management Team at Evri. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Night Loaders, Sorters, and Drivers, ensuring the smooth operation of our night shift.

As a Night Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of up to 50 direct reports, providing leadership and direction for the shift. You will also be responsible for developing and training reports, ensuring SLA's are hit for the Night shift, and ensuring compliance with all site HSES rules and regulations.

You will be responsible for processing BI and MI reports based on work output of Drivers and Loaders, and managing individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of up to 50 direct reports, providing leadership and direction for the shift
  • Develop and train reports, ensuring SLA's are hit for the Night shift
  • Ensure compliance with all site HSES rules and regulations
  • Process BI and MI reports based on work output of Drivers and Loaders
  • Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
Requirements
  • Management experience of leading and managing a team
  • Experience of managing teams in a fast-paced logistics environment is a definite advantage
  • Must be able to work on own initiative in a pressurised environment to tight deadlines
  • PC Literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft office
  • An understanding of Transport regulations ideally
