Electrical Project Delivery Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Project Delivery Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Adsyst Automation Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our current team of Electrical Engineers, to design and install electrical installations to support control systems.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' practical experience in electrical installation, maintenance, or a related field, and hold relevant qualifications such as C&G, BTEC, NVQ3, ONC, or HNC/HND. Previous experience in a service & support, electrical installation, or maintenance role is essential.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading engineering delivery to client expectations for electrical installations to support control system projects.
  • Assigning tasks and providing supervision, mentoring, guidance, and support to the installation team of Electrical Engineers, Technicians, and Apprentices.
  • Developing and implementing standard work practices to ensure electrical installations are carried out in accordance with industry and client-specific specifications.
  • Designing, developing, installing, and maintaining electrical control systems and components to specification.
  • Identifying sales opportunities and providing technical support to sales staff for electrical installation, maintenance, and support work packages.
  • Aiding in the production of detailed design specifications, including Functional Design Specifications (FDS) and System Design Specifications (SDS).
  • Managing and completing site surveys.
