Are you a motivated and ambitious individual looking to launch your sales career? Do you have a passion for building relationships and driving business growth? We're seeking a talented Sales Trainee to join our dynamic team at BMS Performance, a leading supplier of façade and timber products to the construction industry.
As a Sales Trainee, you'll have the opportunity to develop your sales skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and supportive environment. You'll work closely with our experienced sales team to learn the intricacies of our products and services, and develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent our full range of brick and masonry products to architects, building contractors, property developers, and house builders
- Prepare and send quotes and sales information to customers as requested to agreed deadlines
- Arrange samples for projects and maintain stocks and showroom facility where applicable
- Use our project HUB to provide administration support to the external sales team
- Be proactive in organising databases for mailshots and supporting company marketing activities
- Meet Company expectations in relation to target income, company procedures, and KPIs
- Embrace training and development on sales and product knowledge

- A competitive salary of ~£25k-£27K base salary + bonus
