Position Title: English Language Evaluator

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week

Annual Leave: 30 days per year plus statutory Bank Holidays

Pension Scheme:

Role Overview:
The English Language Evaluator is tasked with overseeing a group of learners engaged in training programs.

This includes ensuring that employers fully comprehend the necessity for Apprentices to engage in 20% off-the-job training.


  • To cultivate, manage, and sustain positive relationships with external partners, local businesses, and relevant organizations to attract learners.
  • To perform health and safety evaluations of employers and potential employers, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards before finalizing any work-based training agreements.
  • To assist in the performance management of the program, tracking key performance indicators such as learner enrollment, attendance rates, and timely completion of qualifications.
Essential Qualifications:
Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant occupational field

Additional Requirements:
  • English and Maths GCSE grade C/4 or above - or equivalent - Essential
  • A proactive approach to planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks.
  • A proven history of consistently meeting performance objectives.
  • Must possess a vehicle and hold a valid driving license.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and in various locations as needed.
