Reporting to the Store Manager, your role will involve enhancing sales and profitability by executing assigned tasks that contribute to the ongoing development of the store and the provision of friendly, efficient service to customers, colleagues, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of a variety of hot and cold food items for customers.
- Operation of ovens for cooking hot food products.
- Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of menu offerings and accurately conveying options to customers.
- Carefully wrapping and presenting food in accordance with customer orders.
- Restocking sandwiches to ensure availability during operating hours.
- Utilizing the till for order recording, payment processing, and providing change as necessary.
- Understanding and adhering to all operational processes, policies, and procedures of Greggs and the company.
- Complying with food handling, safety, and sanitation standards during food storage, preparation, and service.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Prior experience in a similar role or industry is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of health and food safety regulations in a food service environment.
- Ability to contribute innovative ideas for delivering outstanding customer service and advancing the business.
