Restaurant Supervisor Opportunity at Prezzo

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our Prezzo team in Bicester. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring every customer leaves happy and wanting to return.

The Role:

We are looking for a strong leader who can take charge of our restaurant operations, manage our waiting staff, and provide exceptional customer service. If you have a passion for Italian dining and a desire to grow your career, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead our restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory, scheduling, and staff management
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Work closely with our management team to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
