Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Site Manager to support the Site Manager in the day-to-day control of the site, management, and delivery of project works on a large-scale housing project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Site Manager in the day-to-day control of the site, ensuring smooth project delivery and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support the management and delivery of project works, including coordination with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of site management plans, ensuring effective project execution and risk management.
  • Collaborate with the Site Manager to identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring the project stays on track and within budget.
  • Provide administrative support to the Site Manager, including maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation.
