Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join our team at Executive Network Legal Limited. As an Employment Solicitor, you will provide advice to a broad range of clients, from company owners and managers, HR professionals and in-house lawyers, to public and private sector organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own caseload of employment law matters, including contentious and non-contentious cases.
  • Provide advice on a mix of employment law issues, including contracts, disciplinary procedures, and employment tribunals.
  • Work with clients to understand their employment law needs and provide tailored advice and solutions.
  • Contribute to the employment team's business development work and marketing initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with other lawyers and support staff to deliver excellent client service.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' PQE in a commercial law firm advising on employment law matters.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong business development and marketing skills.
