About the Role:

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for coaching and motivating your team to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales growth. You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the store is running smoothly and efficiently, and will be responsible for leading by example and setting high standards for customer service and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
  • Lead by example and set high standards for customer service and sales performance
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the store is running smoothly and efficiently
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and meet sales targets
  • Manage and maintain a high-performing team, including recruitment, training, and development
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
