Job Description

This solicitor will work on a diverse caseload of wills, trusts, probate, tax planning, and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a varied caseload of wills, trusts, probate, and tax planning cases
  • Provide expert advice on estate planning and tax optimization
  • Assist clients with LPAs and other estate planning documents
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality services
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of the firm's estate planning and tax planning services
  • Participate in business development activities to grow the firm's client base
  • Ensure compliance with firm policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as required
Requirements
  • Qualified solicitor with experience in estate planning and tax planning
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
