The Role: Vehicle Damage Assessor

As a Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA), you will play a crucial role in assessing vehicle damage and providing accurate repair estimates. You will work closely with insurance companies, customers, and our skilled technicians to ensure a smooth and efficient repair process.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify damage accurately
  • Prepare detailed repair estimates for insurance companies and customers
  • Communicate effectively with insurance partners, customers, and technicians
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
