Job Title: Class 1 Driver

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Class 1 driver to join our team at Path Recruitment. As a Class 1 driver, you will be responsible for delivering and collecting plant machinery and accessories to and from construction sites across the South East.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Driving a low loader to deliver and collect plant machinery and accessories
  • Unloading and loading heavy plant equipment
  • Operating machinery and strapping it safely into place
  • Providing excellent customer service and communication skills
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Class 1 driver, HGV driver, C+E driver, or low loader driver
  • Hold a minimum Class 1 (C + E) license
  • Hold CPC and a Digital Tachograph
  • Previous experience delivering plant machinery, such as diggers/dumpers/excavators and powered access to and from site with the ability to operate
  • FORS accreditation is desirable, but training can be provided

We are a hire company that supplies specialist plant equipment to the construction industry and related sectors. Due to company growth, we are looking for a permanent Class 1 driver to cover our collection and deliveries of plant machinery across the south east region.
