An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our client's engineering team at their manufacturing facility in Hull.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive continuous improvement to minimize downtime, increase efficiency, and enhance production effectiveness.
- Implement and oversee projects to ensure successful outcomes.
- Promote a positive safety culture within the team and investigate issues through root cause analysis.
- Update maintenance training manuals and procedures, and communicate improvements and changes to the team.
- Maintain the engineering expenses budget and produce regular reports.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Must have experience managing a team in an FMCG environment.
- Should possess knowledge of advanced preventative maintenance techniques.
- Must have mechanically biased maintenance skills, although multi-skilled candidates will also be considered.
- Should be proficient in data analysis and reporting skills.
- Must have budget management capability and knowledge.

- A full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday, with flexibility on hours essential due to the 24:7 manufacturing operation.
